I've worn this shoe since it was the 1006. It is a cross-training shoe worthy of serious consideration. The right height for the gym, allowing better weight distribution and center of gravity than a running shoe, but built for light running without problems.

Shoes fit perfectly, have just the right balance of padding and support. This is my second pair of the MX1009 - the first was white. This grey pair will not show dirt/scuff marks as much.
