I've been wearing Island Thongs since 1996. I live on the Big Island, Hawaii. I can't wear thongs anymore so I ordered these. I wear a size 12 or 13 depending on the maker. So I ordered the 12m. These 12's are about 2 sizes too big. I was surprised as I'm a rather large 12 anyway. I have another older pair of Clark sandals w/straps, size 12, they fit perfectly. So there's obviously a discrepancy in the sizing. These slip-ons are quite comfortable, but I don't wear them in public as they are obviously too large. If I had it to do again, I would positively order the size 11. Good luck.

One of the best Kick around-casual shoes I have ever had. Major back surgery done and this shoe gives me support and comfort. Great looking too!!!!
