They weigh nothing, like air, and fit taught. The rubber "spikes" are just right, good traction trail, but not too aggressive for the road. They have just enough hard rubber on the outside for mild over-pronators.
PS: NB runs small - I wear 8.5 in dress shoes, 9 in others, but 9.5 in NB.
