 Great Looking and comfy too! January 15, 2008
I love these boots. I was looking for something that would work in the winter snow, ice and cold without looking to casual. These are perfect and they are very comfy. They run true to size and width.

Born Navi Black Leather Boot
My husband purchased 2 pairs of these boots for me. The first pair was so comfortable (brown), he got me the 2nd pair (black). Problem is that the black pair has a second seam on the right foot that cannot be removed. I have tried exchanging my size 10 boots but no other store so far, carries my size. I am hesitant in getting my money back because I have not found boots that were the right heel and so comfortable. So I am waiting patiently to exchange them.
The first thing I did before wearing the boot is spray water repellent over them. I find that this process works for me. The boot did not take in any water and also, my feet were not cold. I love my boots.

My wife purchased a pair of Born Navi boots last week. The first time she walked through a slushy parking lot the boots leaked like a sieve! Worse than any other leather shoe or boot she has ever owned. We understand these aren't rubbber galoshes, but "come on". Has anybody else had this experiece? Is there a sealing treatment we can use, or that may have been missed at the factory?

I love these boots. They're super comfy, and even though I have a wide foot and the boots look kind of narrow, the leather is so soft and giving that I slid right in. This is the sexiest boot you'll be able to find without giving in to some stilletto dominatrix type boot. Born should keep making comfy and attractive shoes and boots - unfortunately most of the rest of their line is kind of ugly.

This was a beautiful boot, but I returned it because the inside padding was loose and curled in the toe of one boot. For this price, I didn't want to deal with having to repair it myself.
