 Even Empty It's Thick July 9, 2010

I can't figure out why, but this thing seems way thick. My old tri-fold stuffed with 3 yrs of ATM receipts is thinner. It appears to be high quality and all that but be prepared for your pocket being stuffed. Actually, now that I think of it, "Super Capacity" should've tipped me off...

This is a great wallet. It has lots of space and I haven't been able to fill all the slots and pockets (yet). But even with 8 cards (credit/debit & memberships etc.) , a couple of business cards, driver license, cash and receipt slips it is still remarkably thin. All items are easily accessible but the cards are well tucked in and don't fall out. The only downside is that my European ID card does not fit in (but that is a general feature of wallets in the US). I definitely would buy this wallet again.

I purchased this wallet to upgrade to Gentlemanly status from my old duct-tape wallet and I am quite pleased. For one, it's huge. This has actually worked to my body's advantage as I no longer keep this wallet in my back pocket, because if I did I would continually fall over and my back would probably want to murder me. Instead, it lives permanently in my jacket pocket. I can see possibly having issues in the warmer months during which one would not be desiring a jacket, even though it's a large wallet it still does fit in jean pockets well enough.
For B, the leather used is soft..quite soft. I spent lots of time rubbing it against my face post-unboxing. It also smells great, unlike the duct-tape wallet which smelled of cheese and peppers.
The only negative I can think of is that the ID holder - the dangling thing in the middle - is not removable. However, this revelation is really my fault as I did not research the wallet enough to learn that it was not removable.
I would recommend this wallet to anyone I don't hate.

This came today and I am quite disappointed. Although the product seems to be of reasonably high quality it has one huge drawback. As a "bifold" the bill compartment is much tighter than my old trifold. The illustration doesn't show the problem.
A US bill is 6.25 inches wide. The currency compartment of this wallet is 6.75" wide. If I place more than three bills in this space they get caught and bunch up. I haven't lost any money yet but I bet I would if I were to keep this.
Hopefully Amazon will accept a return. Good idea, bad design.
