Versatile good-looking briefcase October 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this because I had a similar Kenneth Cole reaction case that was finally ready to be retired after about 10 years. Note that this case is "buff", not shiny.
Only dissapointment was that the over-the-shoulder strap was not leather: it's mostly cloth, with one piece of cushioned leather (for comfort when it sits on your shoulder). I think this cheapens the look a bit.
Other than that, good looking. 3 separate sections inside. I keep my laptop (fairly large: an IBM Thinkpad T42) in one, paperwork in the second, and pens, phones, other small stuff in the front. Also has a separate inside zippered compartment, and an outer compartment (slip a newspaper into it) in the back.
Very happy September 22, 2008 It was exactly was I was looking for. A briefcase that was not too big or too small. I can fit my 13" laptop in it and still have a lot of space left. but travel on the bus carrying it in my hand.
Also very good price.
Excellent Briefcase May 18, 2008 Great briefcase, sturdy, elegant, lots of room! Only downside is the latch sometimes comes loose when carrying if not secured properly. Only happened to me twice though.

nice brief case December 24, 2007 Beautifully packaged. Excellent presentation, arrived quickly and company does not forward packaging information after purchase
Not a great bag if you carry laptop July 30, 2007 I use one office bag for laptop as well as other papers, biz cards, passport, pen, tickets etc. This bag was not adequate for such needs. Besides, the box arrived in damaged condigtion. The front latch is very delicate. Not sure if was dmamaged during transisiton.
Ebags refunded the price of bag. But pocketed hefty $30 for shipping and handling and the bag arrived 3 days late. I will never buy from eBags.
